Cloudbnb is a short-term rental property management company offering end-to-end hosting and property management solutions across platforms like Airbnb, Stayz, and Booking.com. We manage listings, bookings, guest communications, cleaning, and more on behalf of property owners.

Use of the Site

You may use this website for:

• Requesting property appraisals or consultations
• Submitting enquiries or applications for management

Any formal engagement between Cloudbnb and a property owner will be governed by a separate Property Management Agreement, which outlines the full terms of service, fees, responsibilities, and termination clauses. Use of this site does not imply or establish a client relationship unless a formal agreement has been signed.

All content on this website – including text, logos, images, layouts, and downloadable resources – is owned by Cloudbnb or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify content without our written permission, except where allowed under Australian copyright law.

Governing Law

Competitions and Prize Draws  – Cloudbnb & Cloudstays may from time to time run promotional competitions and prize draws.  

Promotion Period

The current promotion runs during the Winter School Holidays 2026 period. Entries close midnight Sunday 19th July 2026,  prior to the draw on Monday 20th July 2026 at 10am WST.

Entry Requirements

To enter the competition, participants must:

• Follow the official Cloudbnb social media page
• Like the designated competition post
• Comment on the post tagging (mentioning) the person they wish to travel with

Each participant that completes the above will on the Cloudbnb social media page during the promotional period will receive one (1) entry into the draw.

All entries must be genuine and comply with the entry requirements. Cloudbnb reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is fraudulent, automated, misleading, or non-compliant.

Prize Details

The prize consists of a three (3) night accommodation stay at a Cloudbnb managed property.

• The stay must be taken as a 3 consecutive night booking during August 2026
• Booking is subject to availability at the time of reservation
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or credit

Booking Conditions

All prize bookings must be made directly through the Cloudbnb and Cloudstays reservation team ONLY.

• Prize bookings are not available via any third-party booking platforms, travel agents, or external websites
• Bookings are subject to availability on www.cloudbnb.com.au at the time of confirmation
• Cloudbnb reserves the right to determine which properties are available for prize redemption

Draw and Winner Notification

• The winner will be drawn at random on Monday 20th July 2026
• The winner will be notified via the social media platform used to enter
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Cloudbnb reserves the right to redraw the prize

General Conditions

• Cloudbnb reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms
• This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform
• Cloudbnb is not responsible for technical errors, lost entries, or platform-related issues
• Entry into this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
