Cloudbnb is a fast-growing company based in Perth, Western Australia. We host properties in the Perth metropolitan area, the Peel region (inc Mandurah), Margaret River and other locations in Western Australia. We are now accepting properties on the east coast of Australia.

Yes, there are proposed changes to Western Australia’s short-term rental accommodation (STRA) scene, with changes rolling out this year (2024) and next (2025).

These changes will NOT impose a cap on the number of nights you can lease your property on the short-term market.  They will provide more consistency around short-term rental accommodation rules and give valuable data to local and statewide planning for housing, development and tourism opportunities. GETTING STARTED & INCLUSIONS

Cloudbnb offers you a comprehensive management service. We take care of everything for you, so you don’t have to do a thing. This includes:

  • Assessment and onboarding (helping you set up your property for Airbnb and similar platforms)
  • Organising photography and styling (when required)
  • Listing creation, including custom copywriting and online marketing on multiple accommodation platforms and social media
  • Price optimisation via our industry-leading software and expert team’s guidance
  • Cleaning, laundry and maintenance
  • Provide all linen, towels and tea towels for the kitchen
  • Guest vetting (ensuring your property only accepts 5-star rated guests);
  • Guest communications – including all check-in and house rules communication
  • Checkout inspection, including damage report and inventory
  • Restocking kitchen and bathroom amenities and providing a welcome basket, including wine, for new guests
  • Providing you with a local co-host to manage your property
  • Home safety kit recommendations and landlord’s obligations checklist
  • Extended hours emergency management and guest/host communications
  • Providing various checklists (decluttering, home safety, furnishing tips) to help you get ready to rent your holiday home or investment property.
  • Delivering exceptional market returns through our ongoing marketing, industry-leading software, experienced, expert staff and local knowledge.

Yes, Cloudbnb provides all kitchen linen, towels and tea towels. After each guest day, we exchange all linen and towels with a fresh set for your new guests.

Getting started is simple. Our onboarding process is streamlined and quick, so you can start earning soon.

  • After you’ve entered your details, one of our consultants will contact you for a chat about your property. Then, we’ll give you a comprehensive earnings estimate so you have a clear understanding of what you could be earning.
  • Next, one of our team will meet you at your property. They’ll assess your property and check that it’s suitable for short-stay accommodation. They’ll also offer tips for improvement and answer any questions.
  • If you’re happy to go ahead, you’ll sign a contract, and we’ll start the onboarding process.
  • We’ll style your property, if required, and organise a professional photo shoot for a small fee.
  • Our team will then create a listing and market your property online.
  • You’ll be assigned a local co-host to stay with you as your ongoing point of contact during your time with Cloudbnb.

Once you sign a contract, your property listing will be live within 7 to 10 days.

FINANCE

Cloudbnb charges a 20% commission fee. This way, your earnings are in keeping with your expenses.

Yes, Cloudbnb’s property management service is 100% tax deductible. However, as everyone’s business affairs differ,  we recommend you discuss this with your account.

You will be paid your total earnings on the first Friday of every month.

Guesty is a property management software system that uses the most advanced technology to your advantage. It has an array of automation services, such as price optimisation and automated messaging, while allowing you to see all the essential details at a glance. You can see your occupancy rates, nightly prices, monthly payouts and more.

We advertise your property on our website, social media and various property listing platforms such as Airbnb, Bookings.com, STAYZ and VRBO.

Yes, we can. We have excellent industry partners, including real estate agents and property developers, and we can provide you with helpful, professional advice on property investment.
